I’m a Coach, Facilitator, but most of all a Teacher. My unique approach uses visual thinking tools to help people and organizations be innovative, strategic, and make an impact.

I’ve been teaching history at Delgado Community College for 16 years and consulting for over 25 years. The story of human resiliency fascinates me. I’m passionate about learning best practices in the marketplace and utilizing them to transform leaders and organizations. There is no greater feeling than to experience when they solve their problems and accomplishes their goals. I hope to get the opportunity to share that experience with you.

What is your biggest challenge?

Problems:

  • I have this great idea and don’t know how to launch a business.
  • I launched my business but how do I get more of the market.
  • I need a revenue model that supports my business.
  • How do I attack the right people to be on my team?

Process:

Facilitation – Small teams participate in-person or online in our Inovasi Studio. For a couple of hours or days, we introduce them to the essential tools and principles. The team identifies a challenge or what they want to accomplish and we help you facilitate change and make an impact.

Coaching – We work one on one or with your team either in-person or online. Leaders will identify the area(s) of growth and we will begin walking through the phases of leadership coaching.

Training – We provide in-person or online training to introduce your team to leadership principles and methodologies.
